What’s the difference between energy healing and coaching?
Energy healing works on the unseen levels (emotional, energetic, and subconscious ) while coaching focuses on awareness and integration. My work bridges both: we clear the energetic root and then anchor it into practical change.
Most sessions and trainings are conducted online via Zoom so clients worldwide can participate. Limited in-person sessions are available in Toronto, Canada, by request.
No. All sessions and programs meet you exactly where you are; whether you’re brand new to energy work or already on your path as a healer.
Find a quiet space, have water nearby, silence notifications, and set an intention for what you’d like to receive. Wear comfortable clothing and allow yourself to relax.
Everyone experiences energy differently, you may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, peace, or deep rest. Integration can continue for a few days as your body harmonizes.
No. My approach is non-dogmatic and rooted in universal spiritual principles , honoring all paths and focusing on your direct connection to Source.

Session Logistics & Preparation

Booking links are available on each service page. Payments are processed securely in USD, with payment plans available for longer programs.
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the session.
Readings and mentorship calls may be recorded upon request for your personal use. Energy-healing sessions are not recorded to maintain privacy of the energetic field.

After Your Session

Drink plenty of water, ground yourself (walk, stretch, breathe), and allow rest. Journaling or quiet reflection helps integrate new awareness.
Yes. Many clients start with Soul Guidance or The Healing Chamber and then continue with packages or mentorship once they feel aligned.
